Oh I would LOVE a craft room/space. I recently finished school so when I moved it was the first time that I didn't have a desk in my bedroom. I miss it! I love having the drawers and space for all my crafts and supplies.
ReplyDeleteA good desk/crafting area always sends my heart racing. It's the organization; let's face it, I am an organization fiend. And the colors, yes, they have influence over my elevated heart rate too. I don't think there's one I like more than the others. They're all so fabulous and different. I do, however, adore the wall with the maps and photos -- heaven!
ReplyDelete(P.S. Added you to my blog roll -- just love your site)
I love the pics of the rooms w/ cabinets and/or shelves that are nicely displayed AND ORGANIZED! I can't wait til I have a craft room of my own!
ReplyDeleteHas any one seen the movie "Yours, Mine and Ours" 2005 w/ Rene Russo? Rene Russo plays Helen North Beardsley and she is a fashion designer. Her "office" is a circular room up in the attic of the house. I love her "office!"
There's something about white wooden furniture that makes me swoon and melt!

ReplyDeleteJust the post for this time of year. My space is much more makeshift and Craigslist than Pottery Barn, but one corner at a time...you can see it at http://www.keepanartjournal.com/keep-an-art-journal-room-to-create/ Thanks for posting this as I can use all the ideas I can get...my most recent quest is a good way to store decorative tape - any ideas?
