something about packaging something up all nice and pretty is so fun. i was looking through my old archives and packaging images and thought i'd post a bunch here. enjoy! xo.
an archive of all my packaging posts can be seen here!
simple items can make for pretty packaging: vintage ribbon, paper doilies, bakers twine, japanese deco tape, brown kraft paper, avery labels, and tissue from vintage clothing patterns.
Awww.. such delicate loveliness!

ReplyDeleteI love yours, they're art :)
we would make really good real life friends. we have similar wrapping obsessions :) i have to say, though, i am so thankful for your introducing me to use of doilies and lace. as much as i have always loved them, i never considered using them as my ribbons or wrappings, even after seeing a Martha article about it. yours really wowed me. i guess i was too busy hoarding the lace and doily loveliness for myself. anyway, they made my Christmas presents so unbelievably gorgeous this year, though! thank you, danni, for your willingness to share such lovely ideas. blessings, susan
