hi! i've missed being here. i want to thank you all for your sweet comments about the good news about my mom. i was just discussing with nick last night how i am so fortunate to have such a great community of blogger-friends and readers. you are all so supportive and i can't thank you enough!
how was your weekend? this weekend was filled with lots for us. we saw iron man 2, spent saturday building a standing necklace panel for my display (will post pics once it's in action this weekend at bazaar bizarre maker faire! click events to the right to find out more info!) and went to the flea market!
i found a beautiful lace dress that i thought would be lovely for the wedding, and it was only $50! i'll take a picture of that too and post later ;) i also ran into cathie, and met lots of her sweet friends, which was so cool! well anyway, here are some photos from the long beach antique flea market i thought you'd enjoy:
my favorite stop, "how does this guy get so much cool stuff??"
is my question whenever i stop by, heh.
i really love wood crates and wire baskets.
beautiful printing blocks.
a whole bin of keys, my dream! ;) bought some of these
for a invitation or something.
so that's about it! if you saw something you want/need that you can't get at your local flea (or dont have antique markets) i can i'll totally look for something for you next time i go! what did you do this weekend? share your weekend posts from your blog or stories: i love to read what's going on with you. hope you all had wonderful weekends!
wow, your flea market looks a lot better than the ones we have here!! i'm jealous!

ReplyDeleteWhere in the world is that fabulous flea market? I think I've died and gone to heaven. I would follow that guy home to see where lived, then follow him to see where indeed he does get all the FANTASTIC stuff. Well, I probably wouldn't really but oh, I would want to. Does he do all the display himself? I want it all.
