It's a brand new week! I do like the start of new weeks. This week I hope to be productive and get a lot accomplished ;) Who else out there needs to focus and get things done? Should we all make it a goal to be productive this week?
Well anyway, today I have a collection for you. I really love the idea of outdoor movies. There is something so charming about sitting outside all cozied up and watching a movie under the stars. I wish I had a huge backyard where I could throw a lovely movie night. Here are some pretty images I've collected from around the web for movie night inspiration for you!

ReplyDeleteDeal!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun! And, if you didn't know, the movie in the fifth picture is The Philadelphia Story - one of my all time favorites. If you love classics (or Jimmy Stewart, Katherine Hepburn, and Cary Grant), you should watch it!
ReplyDeleteOne of my best summer memories includes outdoor showing of movies at summer camp replete with string lights and mosquitoes! This post brought me right back to watching on a blanket in the grass!

I love outdoor movies! My fella and I will even take a laptop out with an extension cord on warm summer nights. Our neighbor has the perfect big white wall off their patio for movie projecting. I have been coveting it for years, dreaming of the movie nights I could have in their backyard.
ReplyDeleteUtterly amazing!

Oh, summer please come soon! It would be so fun to have an outdoor movie party but it's not quite warm enough here...soon, though!
ReplyDeleteThis looks so lovely! If only the weather in England was nice enough for me to be able to do this! Even in the summer it would most likely be raining!
ReplyDeletewe have a film festival in our city and last year they arranged an open air cinema. it was awesome, somewhere on a hill, in the middle of summer, with just blankets and movies.
ReplyDeleteHope you're week is productive so far!! Love all this inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThis has me wishing for warmer weather, stat! Will definitely plan a few casual weekends with outdoor movies...

ReplyDeleteOoohhh I've been wanting to plan an outdoor movie night of my own for months, and these photo's are so inpsiring, I'm in love with the first image of pottery barn. Too bad I just found your post now, I finally got over my procrastination and ended up doing one just 3 weeks ago (though my setup is dwarfed compared to these). But hey that only calls for more movie nights then haha. And don't fairy lights just add that cool factor feel into everything.
