yes! And it's harder when it's something that I have been holding on for so long! Now I think I have become better about digger deeper and asking myself why am I afraid of letting go? What do I think will happen if I do? And are my thoughts based on any truth at all?
I love the way it's put, how ruminating on things takes up space in your heart when instead good things could go there, things and people that need that space much more than the problem.
Wonderfully said. Just this morning a friend reassuringly squeezed my arm as we passed each other dropping off our children at camp. That small moment meant so much to me due to the not so great week I've been having. That small gesture made my day.

I SO agree! Those sneaky little things....and I love your "encourage" theme as it is something I have been thinking about a lot lately.
